We plan to build a house without a basement next year. The budget limit is 300,000 euros. The land is not included in this budget, of course. I am currently working on planning and sketching our dream home.

Hi, we only started this year. The construction company didn’t have any time left last year. The foundation slab will be poured on Monday. Overall, I expect the total cost to be around 350,000€.
The final plan was basically implemented as planned, with minor changes.
We’re looking forward to it. The wait definitely paid off for us in terms of the mortgage interest rate;)
