ᐅ Floor plan for a 120 sqm single-family bungalow house

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate feedback and advice regarding our floor plan. We aim to submit a building permit / planning permission application later this year.

A bit limited space in the entrance area for a wardrobe intended for 4 people (plus guests).

Zoning = 0

What exactly is meant by zoning?

That you lead all guests past every bedroom.

The floor plan looks like all the rooms have simply been arranged one after the other.

Zoning would mean, for example, that in a bungalow there is a separation between private and public areas. So far, every guest has to walk past the bedrooms. There is no privacy like this. :-(
