Hello everyone,

I would appreciate feedback and advice regarding our floor plan. We aim to submit a building permit / planning permission application later this year.

Thank you in advance...

Detailed house floor plan with kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom, bedroom, and hallway.

There are always practical options, but this depends on the site plan and budget. Please read the pinned post in this forum thread and answer the questions so we can assist you.
I only see disadvantages and no-gos in this floor plan... I can’t even guess the cardinal directions...

This thread:

is the one meant.

Of course, 120 sqm (1290 sq ft) including a utility room for 4 people is not very spacious. The floor plans mentioned by Wild Thing have 136 sqm (1463 sq ft) and 160 sqm (1722 sq ft). That is quite a bit larger. However, they illustrate the principle of separating sleeping and living areas.
