Of course, 120 sqm (1290 sq ft) including a utility room for 4 people is not very spacious. The floor plans mentioned by Wild Thing have 136 sqm (1463 sq ft) and 160 sqm (1722 sq ft). That is quite a bit larger. However, they illustrate the principle of separating sleeping and living areas.
