Hello forum,
I am looking for someone who can redesign my website to make it more visually appealing.
I believe the current design – I’m not a programmer – looks a bit dull. All texts and images are ready. The domains are secured and not managed by the mentioned "website builder company." I want the site to be hosted independently.
COMPENSATION:
Please provide sketches (even rough ones are fine). I will create the house plans at a scale of 1:100. Floor plans, elevations, and 2 sections. Only a single-family house with a maximum of 2 full stories, possibly with a basement. Further details can be discussed. Please send a private message.

WordPress is probably the most common option. I found someone through Xing who created my website. In exchange, I took some real estate photos for him 🙂
Jimdo isn’t that bad, but the web address doesn’t look very professional 😉 And having a slideshow at the top showcasing various references would be a good idea.

Thanks for the information. If I use WP, then the domain will be wordpress.my domain. I wanted to avoid that. The address will still be changed; the 256 version is just temporary for now. References are listed under Examples, but I still need to optimize them. Let's see if I can find someone. Thanks again.

A few years ago, I faced a similar problem and started looking for a web designer. During the discussions, I often became disillusioned when I saw the "finished" designs. Setting aside the wide range of costs these web designers quoted—although I would have paid if I had liked the final result—I ended up developing and hosting our website myself, as the modern term goes.
I don’t think you’ll find what you’re looking for at the main station; Yvonne’s idea is definitely more promising, and a Xing profile can also be obtained quickly. If by chance a web designer does show up at the main station, they will probably have other ideas and requests in mind than developing your website 😉
