ᐅ Experiences with Home Construction Companies and Building Inspectors in Munich

Hello, I am planning to build a detached house on my property in the northern part of Munich soon. It will be a solid construction house.

I am a bit overwhelmed by the well-known flood of construction companies and would like to hear some of your personal experiences with different builders. Hoping this will make my decision-making process easier, I am looking forward to your replies.

Unfortunately, I can’t answer your question – I’m also searching myself (or maybe not, still undecided), about 80 km (50 miles) away from MUC.
But here’s a tip – you should post your question in the “Experience with Building Companies” sub-forum. Just scroll down a bit under topics, I don’t know how to link it, sorry.
I did the same in the beginning and was kindly informed about the right forum. There you will definitely find valuable information.

You can not only ask questions here but also do some reading; that means first entering the company names into the search function (top right). For companies that have already been discussed here, it makes more sense to read the existing threads instead of starting a new one. So why don’t you first look for an architect?
