Unfortunately, I don't have any personal experience, but it was frequently recommended during the planning phase. The only downside seems to be that you shouldn't place furniture in front of it. So, you are somewhat limited by it.
In a bathroom, however, this is certainly not a problem.

...had wall-mounted and underfloor heating in the bathroom and two basement living rooms for 4 years.
Our experience has been very positive, with a comfortable climate! However, in the bathroom, it is best to avoid leaving the window open for hours, as this can cause the walls to cool down significantly. Surface heating systems are deliberately slow to react.
Once the walls are warm again, we feel comfortable even at air temperatures of 18-19°C (64-66°F), including right after stepping out of the shower...
If we had the budget, we would gradually install wall and underfloor heating in every room during renovations...
