Hello everyone,
A long time ago, I asked for a rough estimate of whether my initial requirements were feasible and could fit within a general budget.
Since some time has passed, the planning now needs to become more precise. For a while now, I have been browsing real estate portals to look for plots of land and have been carefully studying the websites of developers. After all, without a suitable plot, you can’t really know if the future house you choose will fit. I have a general idea of where I want to build, and I know there are two new residential developments nearby, but unfortunately, according to the local municipalities, all the plots are already taken.
Do you have any tips on where else I might search or if there’s something I might have completely overlooked? I am from Lower Saxony.

Ok then, here it is again: Take a look at "immonet"—I immediately found several listings there. There you go 😉
However, you should know this portal and a few others inside and out as a land or property seeker. At least for your region and a bit beyond, but for example, if you’re looking for land, you should also be familiar with all house listings. It’s always important to know the market and find alternatives. Otherwise, you might miss out on good alternative offers.
If you know some potential home sellers you could imagine building with, I would also have them search for you (free of charge and without signing anything in advance!!!)
After all, they are the ones trying to sell you something: a house. They have their agents who look for building plots. Condition: you are in their database.
