Hello,

we are planning to buy a plot of land soon (700 sqm (8,400 sq ft)) and I wanted to ask if any of you have experience with potential issues caused by a small transformer building adjacent to the property.

The transformer building is a typical small utility box of about 6–8 sqm (65–85 sq ft) and is located directly on the neighboring property.

Our house would be at the opposite end of the plot, with the garden situated between the house and the transformer building.

Do you see any problems with radiation exposure, or are there any other concerns we should be aware of?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,

No, why should there be any problems? The topic of "radiation exposure" is usually related to overhead power lines, wind turbines, or—as in this case—a transformer building, which is completely misplaced here and tends to unsettle potential homebuyers rather than providing any meaningful benefit.
