ᐅ Drying out a newly constructed house (whole building)? (Dehumidifiers)

The liquid screed has now been in the house for about 6 weeks.

Since shortly after that, the underfloor heating has been running constantly.

For about a week now, two dehumidifiers have also been running in the basement: a large one in the utility room and a smaller one alternating between the office and the guest room.

I am not sure whether the basement windows should be open, closed, or tilted.

When the basement windows are closed, we have about 35% humidity at around 28°C (82°F).

Yesterday, I aired out the basement briefly by opening the windows wide, and afterwards the humidity rose to about 60%.

How can I achieve the best result?

Thanks and best regards!

A bit off-topic: there is a similar single-color competing platform to this forum. I think they do one thing quite well: displaying the profession. Of course, this assumes everyone is honest and doesn’t list fictitious occupations. Otherwise, it doesn’t really make sense.

Just a suggestion......

Unfortunately, this also often makes users a target there: as an office worker, you are assumed to have no technical experience, and anyone who challenges that is expected to prove their profession.

I can imagine it would be helpful to distinguish between client and expert/professional/company. However, it is difficult to manage as a moderator, since the professional title should be verifiable, yet some experts prefer to remain anonymous.
The profile offers many options – unfortunately, very few users fill in the fields informatively; even stating gender is too much for many.

Regarding the topic: optimal effectiveness is achieved through sealed units (house, room) and heat. This was told to us by many professionals. Shock ventilation was done before drying with the construction dryer. Screed and plaster must dry naturally during the first weeks, not using technical aids, but gently and through ventilation...

How long does the underfloor heating program run?
