We have windows from the company Brömse, which we are very satisfied with.
Now we want to install an insect screen on the exterior of a double-leaf balcony door with a fixed mullion on the main side. The secondary leaf is usually kept closed. However, the mullion on the secondary leaf is recessed by 15mm (0.6 inches).
We want to install a swinging insect screen door, and I would need to stick the magnetic closure strip onto the mullion. This creates a gap that needs to be bridged. Since the mullion is not flat but slightly rounded, I am looking for a type of plastic strip (15mm (0.6 inches) thick) that I can stick on there.
Can anyone give me advice on where to get something like this? (Brömse itself only refers me to specialist dealers, and the nearest dealer is a 1 to 1.5-hour drive away).
