Hello everyone,
In our bathroom, two washbasins are planned. Now we are wondering what the ideal distance between the two should be. As a space filler, we are considering a towel rack or a small cabinet. Each washbasin is 60 cm (24 inches) long and they can be arranged over a length of about three meters (10 feet).
Regards,
Alex

I like the idea of having cabinets under the sinks. With the distance you have planned between them, you could also fit a towel rack or stand in between.
Whether you’ll later regret deciding to skip the second shower remains to be seen.
As a mother of an adult son and a teenage daughter who is 17 years old, I’m glad we have an additional full bathroom available. The shower room, which is also used as a guest toilet since it’s on the ground floor, has been claimed by the males. A young adult male can sometimes be vain and end up occupying a bathroom for a while. The main bathroom on the upper floor is firmly under female control, especially our daughter’s! No idea why teenagers always take so long in the bathroom. Usually, the state it’s left in afterward isn’t any better than before it was ‘taken over.’ D
