Platzhirsch8511 Dec 2019 22:10Hello everyone,
In our new single-family house construction, the plumbing company has finished their work. The shut-off valves for the underfloor heating in the heating circuit distributor have an electrical actuator.
Now the electrician is asking what nominal stroke the shut-off valves for the underfloor heating need to have (apparently there are 4, 5, and 6.5 mm (0.16, 0.20, and 0.26 inch) variants), so he can bring the right ones on his next visit.
The plumbing company said they didn’t even know that there are shut-off valves with different strokes.
Does anyone know how I can determine the required nominal stroke on-site at the construction?

just ask the manufacturer of the HVAC which actuators they recommend.
