I want to remove the shock mirror cabinet. The older unit is firmly installed. Does anyone know how to unlock the fitting shown in the picture? I have two of these fittings, each located in the upper corners.

First, loosen the vertical screw, then unscrew the horizontal screw by at least 5 turns. This will slightly release the retaining clip’s hook, allowing the cabinet to be lifted upwards.
I’m not entirely sure if the vertical screw is meant for height adjustment. When loosening it, nothing moved at all—it was still very firmly fixed.
It’s quite a heavy piece... you can’t take it down alone.
