ᐅ Costs for Carpenter and Roofer Services for a Duplex

Hello everyone,

What costs can I expect for 330m2 (approximately 3,550 sq ft) of roof area on a newly built semi-detached house? ALL services are included, meaning from the roof structure to the roof covering. There is no garage. The costs should only refer to the roof. I understand that costs vary depending on the type and quality of materials. For everything, please assume a mid-range price level. I am only looking for a rough, very general estimate or experience. My online research using various calculators results in around €30,000. Is that realistic?

That could be 30,000 (definitely the lower end), or even 150,000... the figures are very approximate, and nothing more precise can be said.
Our roof, with everything included, cost about 40,000 for 160 m² (1,722 sq ft)... nothing particularly special.

I would say 40,000 is quite reasonable.

30,000 will definitely not be enough.

Yep, it’s safe. If it ends up costing 80,000, Bookster will probably cover the difference :')
