@11ant So this is what I found... but I didn't interpret it as a typical questionnaire.
That doesn’t really apply here anyway. When it comes to the construction itself, there are no fixed requirements. The only thing is that the volume has to be consistent and you have to agree on a construction company.
In the planning itself (floor plan, etc.), everyone is independent.
