We have installed a small wastewater treatment plant on our farm.
The residential house is now to be connected to this system, with the barn to be connected later.
The overall layout can be seen in the "Overview" graphic, with the residential house in the foreground, which now needs to be connected. At the same time, the pipes for the future barn should already be laid up to the edge of the house.
The PDF "Connection.pdf" shows the connection details, here are a few explanations:
From the house, a waste pipe DN110 (4 inches) exits the outer wall at the ground surface level with a horizontal angle of 15° towards the treatment plant (previously, the slurry tank was connected here).
The small treatment plant was installed on sloping terrain. Considering the approximately 80 cm (31.5 inches) pipe depth at the level of the plant (frost-protected), a pipe slope of 1.5%, and the slope at the building base, the required installation depth for the waste pipe is 2.20 m (7 feet 3 inches). Of course, we want to avoid digging so deep at the foundation walls, which results in an offset.
There is currently no ventilation inside the building, so the venting must be installed on the outside of the house wall.
I am particularly interested in the area within the red circle (see PDF): What is the best way to combine the pipe coming from the house and the line to the barn and integrate a ventilation line here? If someone with expertise could sketch something in, that would be fantastic.
Thank you very much and best regards,
Bertolt
