Hello everyone!
We are currently working on the exterior plastering and now we are wondering how to finish the base of the walls. We want to make it stand out from the rest of the walls. We originally thought of a dark gray (anthracite) base since the roof, windows, and shutters are all in that color.
However, we’ve come across colored pebble dash plaster in anthracite. It is said to be more durable and easier to clean in case it gets dirty. Cleaning it should be easier than with “regular” plaster.
Is that true? Does anyone have experience with this? So far, I haven’t found any real downsides, except that the style might not appeal to everyone.
By the way, we are building a bungalow.
Best regards,
xeniatoe
