ᐅ Cladding an Open Mezzanine with a Staircase

Hello,

we have a small open gallery and recently installed a steel stringer staircase.
There are screws sticking out now, which doesn’t look good visually. I’ve attached some pictures for reference.
Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
