I’m trying to obtain documents for the planning phase of an urban villa on my own, and I don’t know where to get them in Berlin:

Sewer depth plan for disposal pipes (sewer plan) for wastewater and stormwater:
Please obtain a sewer depth plan or a disposal plan for the design of the house connections. This plan should show the existing pipes and manholes on the property or the adjacent street with exact elevation details (cover and invert levels).

Searching the forum for “sewer depth plan” or “sewer plan” yields no results. Does anyone know which forms need to be filled out?

Call your utility provider / wastewater services.

It is also possible that a clever surveyor has already taken this into account when preparing the site plan for your plot.

Request information on utility lines from the water utility company. Officially, this service is fee-based through the infrest portal, but unofficially, it also worked via leitungsauskunft@ ... (water utility company’s website).

You can get it in Berlin at Infrest.
You need to create an account, but I believe BWB was still free of charge. Some pipeline requests, however, do have a fee.

Oops, Julimos was faster. Was BWB really paid? I don’t remember that anymore.

No, Bwb is free of charge, but not an "official" method.
Actually, you are supposed to use Infrest, which requires a fee.
I simply sent the address and parcel number by email and received the information two weeks later.
