Hello,
I am not building a new house right now, but I am renovating an old one extensively (built in 1921).
I would like to have a system for the radiator thermostats like those commonly found in many smart home systems, controllable via smartphone, tablet, and/or a central control panel on the wall.

What is important to me is that there are no batteries in the individual thermostats (or is this idea not practical / standby power consumption due to 230V conversion???).
At the moment, I have the problem that in my current apartment, one of the thermostats is constantly running out of battery... which is annoying over time.

I don’t mind whether the whole system is wired or not, although right now I am working on installing cable ducts by milling/chiseling.

Maybe one of you can help me or give some useful advice.
Best regards,

Sorry, I don’t have any prices. I only came across them briefly, and since we don’t have any radiators, I didn’t look into it further.
