Hello, I want to order the UAE outlets for my CAT 7 cabling from Berker. They are available as 6A or 6E. In this case, is the extra cost for the 6E outlet worth it?
Thank you!

What exactly is supposed to be different between them?

A bit awkwardly phrased on my part, but this question is also behind the 'is the extra cost worth it' debate.

No... build what you can afford...

Thank you, the price difference is about 5 euros per outlet. If the CAT 6E outlet offers advantages, perhaps in the future, I would install it.

Category 6 and Class E mean the same thing. Although I found offers from various outlet specialists labeled 6A and 6E, the differences in their descriptions were at least well hidden. With Category 6+, you won’t get any further using standard RJ45 connectors anyway, so I wouldn’t worry about it. Most people don’t host gaming conventions or data centers at home anyway.
