ᐅ Building plot located in close proximity to an equestrian center (horse stable).

Hello again, our reserved plot is located in a rural area. Ours borders directly on a horse paddock. I like horses, but I am worried that it might be quite noisy there or that horse flies could become very bothersome.
What would you do? Would a plot like this be an option for you?
The nearest school, kindergarten, and shopping facilities are about 2 meters (1.24 miles) away.
It is a large residential area with already completed houses.

Also consider the secondary schools – I would always prefer horses over cramped urban lots – but that is purely a matter of personal taste.

Why should it be noisy?
I would also prefer the view of horse paddocks... we also built in a rural area, and I enjoy the sight of sheep, cow, and horse pastures. Unfortunately, only when passing by, not right next door.
I've never really thought about the horseflies 😉
