It will only be tailored to our needs. Kitchen with dining area 50m² (540ft²), etc. The rest is absolutely standard. We are not considering anything or anyone else — just the preferences of the “old folks.”
Is it okay to be this selfish? Why should there be an age limit for building a house?
Some build because of their children, others for retirement planning, and some simply want a personalized living space. I don’t see an age limit in any of these three cases.
For us, this is our second property because our needs constantly change, and we just feel like having a change — something bigger and more individual.
Everyone should carry a healthy dose of selfishness.
And there’s no need to feel guilty just because you live for yourself and according to your own needs 🙂
