I am currently planning the lighting for my bathroom and could really use your advice.
The mirror lighting is already decided, but now I need to consider whether to add recessed ceiling spotlights or a central ceiling light.

Some people don’t consciously notice it, even though it has been proven to cause stress. The test: let a long pendulum swing. If the movement is smooth: no PWM. If the movement is jerky or even looks like a strobe effect: PWM. Unfortunately, this is often overlooked.
