ehrtbbeehre4 Aug 2011 22:34Hello,
during the installation of our kitchen, we encountered the following issue: The upper door and the panel above the oven cabinet are so close together after inserting the oven that they rub against each other. Additionally, a metal edge (on the underside of the oven) is rubbing against the lower cabinet door. It somehow seems like the cabinet carcass is about 2 cm (1 inch) too short. We have fully adjusted the hinges, but it still doesn't fit properly. Are we doing something wrong? Unfortunately, the manual provides very little information.
Best regards, ehrtbbeehre

ehrtbbeehre11 Dec 2011 11:55The trim is already 9.4cm (3.7 inches). Does anyone else have any ideas? We have now adjusted using the feet, but the upper cabinet door is still not level and rubs against the trim on the right when closing. We have exhausted all adjustment options on the door. The cabinet is standing in water. I’m about to give up =)

Have you shortened the side panel or not?
Because for the 217cm (85 inches) cabinet body, the calculation is:
217cm (85 inches) - 57cm (22 inches) (lower door) - 60cm (24 inches) (oven) - 92cm (36 inches) (upper door) = 8cm (3 inches) left for the side panel. (7cm (2.8 inches) would probably also work – this can be adjusted through the gap sizes).
I’m just asking to be certain, because if the side panel has not been shortened, the gap sizes obviously won’t fit.
