It is often noticeable that the side panels appear identical but have slightly different drill hole positions or elongated holes. This leads to misaligned connections. My advice: pay close attention to which part is the left side and which is the right side, based on the orientation of the drill holes. Mirroring the parts does not work in practice.
Finally, I recommend testing the stability by gently rocking the bed before tightening the screws completely. If everything feels unstable, the problem may be due to incorrect orientation of the components.
