ᐅ Air-to-water heat pumps Rotex or Novelan

We are building a 165 sqm (1776 sq ft) bungalow with Heinz von Heiden and can choose between the Rotex HPSU compact 308 or the Novelan LAD (at an additional cost). Does anyone have experience with these heat pumps? What heating costs or annual consumption should we expect?

Unfortunately, I can’t give you any advice since we are currently starting the planning phase with Heinz von Heiden ourselves, but I wanted to ask whether you are also planning to include underfloor heating or if you are going ahead without it?

With a heat pump, underfloor heating is a must, as it is the only way for it to operate efficiently. Take a look at our blog to read about our experiences (Achterwasser.blogspot....) ... We have now completed the planning phase.

Any new insights? We are currently facing the same decision.

We were also offered the Rotex HPSU Compact 508. I would therefore be very grateful for any experiences and opinions.
