Hello,
we received an offer from a general contractor.
The standard includes a steel stringer staircase with wooden steps.
For a reinforced concrete staircase with wood or tile covering, he charges €5,900.
It is a straight staircase without a landing, 14 risers, 1 meter (3.3 feet) wide.
One floor, from the ground floor to the upper floor.
"Stair option – reinforced concrete, cast in place with smooth formwork, chamfered edges, with impact sound insulation supports according to structural engineering and execution planning. With a wood or tile covering."
That seems very expensive to me...

Extra cost for colored exterior window frames €3100
- Additional charge for electric roller shutters with a simple switch €380 per window Both are quite normal, in my experience. How many windows? Are they laminated or fully colored? Our exposed staircase was available for a significantly lower extra cost (I don’t remember the exact amount).
