Hello,
we are still at the very beginning and have plots of 750 and 1222 square meters (8072 and 13150 square feet) to choose from.
The house will be between 160 and 190 square meters (1722 and 2045 square feet), two stories, with a double garage.
I really cannot imagine how much space will be left on a 750 square meter (8072 square feet) plot after subtracting the house with terrace, the double garage, and the driveway.

Do you perhaps have any pictures for comparison?

Many thanks and have a nice Sunday

It really depends on how you divide the space, including the front yard and so on. We have plenty with 650m² (7,000 sq ft), a small vegetable patch, an 8m² (86 sq ft) greenhouse, and way too much lawn.

In addition to the size, I would also consider the orientation of the plots, differences in the terrain level, and where the road is located.

750m² (8,073 sq ft) is already quite a large plot by today’s standards. Of course, it depends on the region.

We have just over 1200 sqm (approximately 13,000 sq ft).
About 400 sqm (approximately 4,300 sq ft) of that is steep slope. Somehow, part of it will still be made usable. As long as we don't switch to self-sufficiency, we don't need to use it.
