Hello,

I would like to know which of the two floor plans you prefer.

One floor plan has a straight staircase (small open gallery), and the other features a half-turn staircase. Unfortunately, all staircases have their pros and cons.

Also, do you think the hallway might be too large?

I have seen a worm corridor like that quite a few times on floor plans 😉

Discussing such "works" is pointless since the basis itself is not open to debate.
Discussion is generally pointless at least when the original poster is not actually engaging in a discussion. By now, I believe we are dealing with a very rudimentary troll bot here. I see no genuine dialogue, only bot-like fragment quoting (and no learning effect). Someone is trying to mess with us.

Does that mean anything now?

And I have no objections to constructive criticism.

You should internalize that as well.

Both are not comprehensible:

Here’s the rough upper floor (first floor), with room information.

… it continues the same here: total of 24sqm (258 sq ft) of bathroom areas is a simulation, the walk-in closet is a small chamber barely big enough for coat hooks…

What do you want here in the forum?

No, that’s not correct. If it were up to "Sol," it would just be better to drop it...
and if anyone is sabotaging something here, it’s Sol.

No @Charlie90 ... you are throwing around incomplete floor plan fragments here, disregarding the pinned post in this forum section https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundriss-planung-unbedingt-vor-beitrag-erstellung-lesen.11714/, not even making the effort to explain your floor plans to some extent or provide example furniture layouts, and what exactly are you expecting from the forum readers? This just leaves everyone shaking their heads again. If you use a forum like this, you first read a bit, then take other posts as examples and act accordingly, instead of just posting one-line comments. Sorry, but this had to be said so bluntly.

🤨 I didn’t intend for this to become so detailed; it was supposed to be something very rough, more like a way to "find the direction."
