Hello everyone,
My wife and I have been looking for a house builder who can realize our house in the American style (New England style) for some time.
Many prefab home builders say they can build in this style, but when we ask for reference houses, their examples are quite limited.
So, the question is whether anyone can recommend a house builder? Preferably from the southern region.
We were in contact with Greenville, but decided against them due to their unusual upfront planning fees and contract structure.
We really liked Rörvikshus, but unfortunately, it is too expensive for us. Does anyone have experience with Rörvikshus? Are the construction costs justified?
Best regards,
Dennis-USA

There is no such thing as New England style. 🙂 I assume you mean something like Cape Cod, Shaker, or Colonial? So symmetry with wooden cladding? And a porch?Yes, relatively clean lines, horizontal wooden cladding, and a porch extending along two sides of the houseM

If you want it to look authentic, you’ll really need to work with an architect.D

Please share a photo of the desired example. This is now created by us using Sweet Home 3D, but I think it gives a good impression.Dennis-USA schrieb:
