Hello everyone,
I am currently planning my detached single-family house with a manufacturer of solid prefabricated houses.
Which suppliers/brands are available for central ventilation systems? What criteria should I use to choose one?

In terms of quality, they are all quite similar. The main differences are basically the additional features and the software. The fans are often from Helios or Papst, regardless of which brand label is on the unit. Otherwise, it's mostly just metal, polystyrene, and a control system.
Based on the size/type/dimensions of the heat exchangers and the system configuration, you can usually identify the original manufacturer.

They also offer a cost calculator. I came across the link through the consumer advice center’s page "Ventilation System: What to Consider in Planning."
The testing center’s website also has a FAQ section called "10 Questions About Ventilation." The information there is probably a bit outdated. Maybe one of you experts could take a look and see if much of it is still relevant and whether it is recommended.
