ᐅ Is a Built-In Fully Automatic Coffee Machine Recommended?

Yes, I understand. For quickly making a coffee in the morning and an espresso as a pick-me-up in the evening, this machine is a bit too much. However, I work from home, so the machine runs from morning until evening and is used accordingly, also by my wife.

From experience, I can say that portafilter espresso machines require a lot of cleaning, and the grinder always leaves some crumbs and coffee grounds behind...
But so what: I love it!
Conclusion: Very tasty coffee drinks, complicated operation and cleaning, no mold issues, large space requirements, premium prices (for dual-circuit or dual-boiler machines and a highly recommended grinder), high power consumption (since they need to stay warm).
Built-in machines are designed for a certain throughput and only remain mold-free if they are used and maintained regularly. I generally avoid coffee from fully automatic machines in unfamiliar homes and offices because I know how they can look inside.

Speaking of which: How do you make coffee with it? Or do you mean an Americano (i.e., an espresso with added hot water)?

I meant Americano, but I rarely drink it. In the morning or late morning, I have 1 to 3 cappuccinos, then usually only espressos afterwards.

I thought it wasn’t called Espressi.
