Hello, I noticed the following on my house today (6 years old). Is this mold? Does it need to be removed?

Close-up of a damaged concrete foundation: peeling plaster, cracks, and gravel on the ground.

Close-up of a crumbling concrete block with a hole and rough, fragmented surface.

Corner exterior wall with rough white plaster, black door frame, and gray paving stones.

You can definitely do that yourself. There are good guides available for it.

Digging up. This is just hard manual work. Then I asked a landscaping contractor, or civil engineer, what do we see? What should I do? I would then follow their advice.

Good idea, but since that person can calculate costs, it might be better to ask the forum.

Could you post a photo of your house @Te?

Hmm, but digging up everything around the outside and then resealing it all is quite a big job. You already have paving and so on right up to the house.

No, just dig up the corner. Not everything. That way, you can see what’s going on.

Correct. I’m not complaining, you little stinkers. I just want to get a rough idea of what’s going on by digging a bit. If it’s a bigger job, I’ll call ahmedprofi.
