Copy the questionnaire from the top of the floor plan section and fill it out. This makes it much easier to identify the main priorities. Prefabricated houses in the strict sense don’t really exist specifically in Baden-Württemberg, as this is a nationwide market. For solid (masonry) houses, it makes much more sense to look for suppliers in your local region.

thank you very much for the feedback.
Just to clarify again, the company we are building with does not need to be located in Baden-Württemberg itself. The important thing is that it is possible to build with the company in Baden-Württemberg.
For now, our goal is to get information about which companies are interesting in terms of price.

Here are some details about the building project:
- It will be a semi-detached house (2 units)
- The footprint per unit is approximately 8 x 11 m (26 x 36 ft)
- Allowed ridge height is 4.5 m (15 ft) and eave height 8.8 m (29 ft) (gable roof)
- Plot size is about 500 m² (0.4 acres developable)
- The plot is flat
- Flooring and painting can be done as DIY work
- Electrical, plumbing, and bathrooms should be completed by the builder
- Possibly with a basement, depending on the price
- The house should have a simple exterior design.

At least for "brick by brick" construction, I would still stick to Baden-Württemberg (BaWü); I wouldn't look all the way from Calw to France.
