Hello,
I am looking for ideas to build an attached garage of about 100 m² (1,076 ft²) for a single-family house with the living area on the first floor.
There are no specific plans yet for either the garage or the single-family house (about 150 m² (1,615 ft²) without a basement).
Thank you and best regards

Unfortunately not a funny troll, that’s something he should work on a bit more. Well, let’s go – even with a troll post, you can find some substance to work with. It should probably be moved to the fun section, but in principle, you can also take some wild ideas hypothetically seriously: so, if the plot of land doesn’t exist yet (and the lottery numbers are still waiting to be drawn), why stick to this specific building layout? You could just as well design the main residence as a penthouse, with the granny flat and garage underneath, for example. Ideas are free – back in seventh grade, a classmate of mine named “Klops” once wanted to design a house where the main priority was a barn (basically a large aviary) for a parrot. In that spirit: against the animal seriousness – legalize! *LOL*
