A few photos evaluated from a distance in a forum cannot really be compared to an expert who inspects the situation on site. The way the question is asked, with additional information provided later, also shows that you probably have not yet supplied all the necessary details related to the issue. This carries the risk that the comments in the forum may not be 100% accurate—ultimately to your disadvantage.
