Our shell construction is nearing completion, and we still have the option to redesign the gable window. It costs about €1100 (the first picture), since it is a custom shape. The attic is intended to be converted into living space in the future. We are currently unsure, as option 1 seems a bit expensive (due to the custom shape), but on the other hand, windows are not frequently replaced in the future.
What do you think about the proposals, and could you suggest any other options?

Is it possible to position the gable window a bit lower? That way, it won’t look so tightly squeezed against the roof at the top...They are currently planning it.... my shell construction contractor will then check how much lower it can be positioned.
