Hello everyone,

First of all, I hope this is the right section 🙂.

I have received several quotes for the shell construction. I want to share the one I feel best about so far—it’s affordable, and the owner seems reliable and friendly. The references also looked very good. The house will have a brick veneer.

What do you think about this offer? Should I ask for any changes?

Thanks!!!

PS: I could also list the other quotes (they are more expensive but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything 🙂)......

If you open the file and hover the cursor over the image, it usually shows a magnifying glass... click it again, and it will enlarge the image...

No magnifier, it’s a jpg that is shown here as picture-in-picture, so I can’t zoom in.
I don’t want to open an extra window, it’s too much effort to keep switching back and forth.
