Hello everyone,
We are considering purchasing a plot of land through a real estate agent. The purchase of the land is linked to the construction of a turnkey house. So, we have an overall offer (land + house without additional construction-related costs).
Does anyone have experience with this? What else should we be aware of? We are uncertain about additional costs that may arise, which the agent did not mention during the construction discussion. I would appreciate any tips.

You know what we wrote in your first post about this, so don’t be surprised if the tax office sees it differently than your builder or the real estate agent. Unlike the others, we’re not after anything from you. Your builder pointed out that clause to you (regardless of what the asterisk says) and is therefore off the hook.
Utility connections and drainage costs are very low; however, you can check with your local municipality or utility providers to find out the exact expenses in your area.
Earthworks are estimated at 6,000 (currency), which is for a completely flat plot. You won’t get much done for that amount.
What about the landscaping? How much paving is planned? A terrace? An entrance platform?
Everything seems very tightly budgeted.

Try to get the statement in writing that if the tax office charges you the purchase-related additional costs on the total amount, the builder will cover those additional costs for you. Only what is written down counts. Nothing verbal or assuming it won’t happen.
I bet he’ll start dancing then. But it seems you’re not open to advice anyway, so do as you please. It’s not my money.
