Hello everyone,

I have heard that it can be beneficial to register a business when doing self-construction. Can anyone confirm this? Maybe someone has already done it.

Thanks and regards, Alex

If you want to pay all the fees, I thought anyone could build in EL! And you need to study the subject carefully.

Once again, a "d..." response. This happens regularly in this forum... Looking forward to competent advice. Thanks!

What is the objective? To purchase at net prices? For that, you need a clearly demonstrable profit-making intention, which is not feasible. Or do you want to act as a general contractor and sell your own house to yourself? That might be possible, but only with a limited liability company (LLC) or higher, and you don’t just set one up casually. So, what is the purpose of all this?

Why ?.? You were also one of those who presented EL as something simple!

Have you also heard what the purpose of „doing“ that would be?
What kind of entrepreneurial experience do you have? What would be the business objective?
