ᐅ Looking for building plans for a multi-family house with 4 apartments and a penthouse

Hello,

we are looking for construction plans for a multi-family house with 4 residential units plus a penthouse.
Living area of the apartments: 80 m² (860 ft²) - 100 m² (1,076 ft²)
Penthouse: over 120 m² (1,291 ft²)

The plans should include dimensions, section A-A, and elevations.

Based on the construction plans, it should be possible to obtain cost estimates for the shell construction, earthworks, plumbing, and electrical installations.

Please include a price quotation.

In the case of a multi-family house—whether intended for rental or divided into condominiums for sale—it is economically sensible to make the most efficient use of the land.

Just as plots and zoning plans vary greatly, it is highly unlikely (like winning the lottery) that someone coincidentally already has the exact house design that optimally utilizes this particular plot of land.

The search for a plot is ongoing.

Of course, not every house fits every plot.

We want to use a similar floor plan to find out whether the construction costs for the shell, etc., will fit within our financial framework.
The shell construction is planned to be done as a self-build.

Why don’t you use the existing plan

You posted one in the green section, which (to be honest looks quite awkward) and shows about 120 sqm (1300 sq ft) per housing unit.

However, I find it sufficient to request quotes from house builders (whether they build with concrete/masonry or prefabricated methods—since it only serves to get a qualified cost estimate, it doesn’t matter if it exactly matches the desired construction method).
