We have a T-wall like that and are very satisfied with it! We also have enough clear passage width.

In the end, though, it really comes down to personal preference....

Primarily, it’s a question of space...

I like ypg’s second suggestion, with one caveat:
I don’t see enough surface area for a cupboard. Maybe a shallow dresser partially under the window by the sink. But I think that might get in the way more...

I really like your second suggestion! And yes, I feel like bathroom designers have chosen the T-shaped bathroom as the new trendy standard and solution for everything...

The vanity cabinet is clear, but at least the sideboards below the windows seem too close to the toilet and the washbasin. However, this might be misleading since the dimensions are missing.
