Hello,
I have now received offers from various brokers. Does it make sense to contact the banks directly to get better terms, or is it not worth it?
Ps: Please only respond if you have personal experience 😉

I can understand him, though. Here it is quite "normal" that specific questions quickly lead to endless off-topic discussions that don’t help the original poster at all.
Whether his request will be considered is another matter 🙂He can express his wish, but it is unrealistic. Most original posters don’t want to hear that. He has zero market power.N
Neu-Bau-Ling21 Dec 2017 17:18No matter what you do, it’s always wrong. I wanted to keep the amount of irrelevant posts low to maintain the quality of the thread for future readers. But now that’s pointless anyway 😀
Everyone knows this situation. You find an interesting thread, start reading it, and notice that by page 3 it goes off track. The question then is whether you take the time to read through all the off-topic posts to stay up to date, or just give up on it entirely.

Everyone knows this. You see an interesting thread, read it, and notice that from page 3 onward it derails. So the question is whether you take the time to read through the off-topic stuff to keep up or just stop altogether. The quality messages came in the first 6 posts. You won’t get better feedback than that.

By the way, if you need to finance more than 80% from external sources, cooperative banks are not the right choice. That’s what happened to us... The term “house bank” doesn’t help at all... Oh, so they only accept cooperative members with high incomes now?
