Hi,
Is a distance of 85cm (33 inches) between the edge of the sink and the bathtub enough?
What are your experiences? Maybe someone has it like this and can share their opinion.

Yes, that's enough – we have about exactly 85cm (33.5 inches), and it already feels quite spacious (for example, three people can comfortably fit around the washbasin). The bathtub is not a full-height wall.

In the apartment, I had 20cm (8 inches) – but a large washbasin. I can't think of any situation where I would have needed more space 🙂

I believe she means the "passage" between the bathtub and the washbasin – @Janine, or do you mean side by side? Then 5x yes.

Hello,
thank you for the replies, this is exactly the kind of experience I was looking for.
Yes, I mean the space across, the corridor in between...
@BeHaElJa that’s what you mean too, right?

Exactly – here is the floor plan for it:

Floor plan of a bathroom with sink, toilet, and bathtub

90 cm (35 inches) bathtub and 50 cm (20 inches) sink with about 18 cm (7 inches) wall tube installation:
246.5 - 90 - 50 - 18 - 3 (plaster) = 85.5 (I’m always surprised how precise they built this 😀)
