Hi,
I’m planning to buy a house where a sauna was installed in the bathroom in 2014. I do not want to keep the sauna.

Is it common for the sauna to be removed when the current owners move out? In other words, can I expect that the current homeowners will take their sauna with them?

If not, is it easy to remove such a sauna? Or should I anticipate that there might not be standard wall tiles behind or underneath it?

I have no contact with the owners, only with the real estate agent.

Once the sauna is removed, I’m thinking of putting some green plants there.

Whether it is really a lot is debatable. Some seem to believe that a real estate agent only goes to a property viewing three times, doesn’t really get involved, and still (unjustly) earns thousands of euros. Unfortunately, that’s not the case, as many people in our company have already experienced...
