Hello, I’m Micha,
We are currently in the middle of a renovation and extension.
So far, we have managed everything well.

However, I don’t have a solution for the floors, as my background is more in civil engineering.

Between the ground floor and first floor, we have a precast concrete slab with circular holes from Dennert Massivhaus.
The ground floor contains utility rooms: heating, laundry room, garage; these are heated but not living spaces.
On the first floor are the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The floor buildup is planned with a 10cm (4 inches) layer above the raw slab.
What materials could we use for this buildup?
I have no clear idea about insulation, impact soundproofing, or underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Which systems, manufacturers, or materials would you recommend?
On top, there will naturally be screed and floor coverings such as tiles, parquet, or carpet.

Best regards,
Micha

Some people are better off moving on, given the expectations set here. If I am building and have no idea what needs to be done, it might be wise to seek professional advice.

But not from you!
Goodbye to the greatest experts in the country.

That's why it's strange that you, being completely inexperienced, are leaving us.

I would like to join this thread.

I am wondering how I can meet the current U-value requirements of the 2014 Energy Saving Regulation.

Currently, I would construct the floor as follows:

0.1mm (0.004 inch) foil
16 cm (6.3 inches) concrete
14 cm (5.5 inches) rigid EPS foam
0.2mm (0.008 inch) foil
underfloor heating
6 cm (2.4 inches) cement screed
