ᐅ Who is familiar with the "Top Ten" prefab houses?

Hello everyone

This question has probably been asked many times before... Is there a list of different prefabricated house manufacturers in Switzerland that shows which ones are reputable (quality, consulting, price, etc.)? 😱

If anyone has experience with Swisshaus, Weberhaus, Schwabenbau, or others, I would be very grateful for feedback. If anyone can recommend a provider, please get in touch.

... Prefabricated Houses

Well... I completely forgot. Regarding the price, we are planning a house with 160 - 170m² (1,722 - 1,829 sq ft) of living space (net), fully basemented, Minergie standard... We already have the land. My question now is... what do you think would be a reasonable fixed price (CHF from - to) for good quality.

Hello Michael,

Do you mean by "prefabricated house" simply a turnkey house, or the common houses built with timber frame construction that are generally referred to as such?
You are referring above to solid houses (SH) and the usual timber frame houses.
