ᐅ White paint isn’t drying, need help

Hello, I painted the stairs and ceilings with white lacquer 8 weeks ago. I moved in 3 weeks ago, and the smell has not gone away for weeks. I have aired out the rooms many times, but the odor is still there. When I turn up the heating and it gets a bit warmer, the smell gets worse and the ceilings become damp again. What can I do?

I am experiencing tiredness and nausea.
This has been going on for weeks.
