ᐅ Which construction companies are reputable?

I realize that my question could have many answers. However, I would like to narrow it down:

- Construction in Lower Saxony
- Long-established and well-established on the market
- Good price/performance ratio

Currently, I am considering beko. I would also appreciate some experience reports regarding this. Reasons to choose it or not.

It always depends on what you want.

No stress? Lots of masonry? Limited budget?
Plenty of input? Local contact person?
Catalog floor plan? Four children’s rooms and a bird room?

There are certainly building diaries related to a favorite that you can find and explore here or through Google.
A favorite becomes a favorite – among other reasons – because of a gut feeling.

Yes, I have already spoken with the company. However, I believe it’s still a good idea to get a few alternative quotes. Maybe these discussions will also reveal completely different options.

But I can’t find any others that have been on the market for a long time, have a good reputation, and build in Lower Saxony.

I was hoping to hear some of your experiences.

The major prefabricated house manufacturers all offer their services nationwide. We built with one of the big companies – long established on the market / reliable / etc.
Good value for money is very individual – for us, it was good.
Since this is the moderated forum: We had Hanse Haus.

But you are only looking for "turnkey" builders? Or a shell builder?
